Refund and Returns Policy
We endeavour to ensure all items make it safely to you, however sometimes damages occur. If your order has arrived damaged or incomplete we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please let us know by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Most return/refund enquiries can be quickly resolved by contacting us direct by phone or email- please let us know as soon as you can of any issues with your product or our service – however small.
Unused Product Returns
We are happy to refund or exchange any product unused and returned within 14 days of purchase. Contact us by phone or email to let us know to expect your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with the lid seal intact and the packaging must be in good condition.
Once we receive your item we will check it and let you know that we have received it. Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any returns.
